Our National Conversation (ONC) shows all viewpoints. In a world of agenda-driven news, our commitment to truth, fairness, balance, good manners and good ideas – wherever they come from – is what sets us apart. No food fights here!
We have monthly podcasts via zoom. There's a project to create a new video podcast just for debating. This might be done using StreamYard; we seek an energetic host. Duties may include the following:
- Working with others on intro/closing scripts
- Hosting podcasts and applying a score-keeping system
- Giving feedback in the post-production/editing process
We have about 60-70 volunteers this summer, across multiple departments. We're assembling debaters, editors, moderators, and a host for this specific project.

This position is for a video podcast, that will go onto social media channels. Applicants must acknowledge that these debates will be shared online, accessible to the public social media.
Also, an ideal host will be professional, energetic, witty, and able to host a segment with fewer and fewer errors over time.
