Deliver Groceries to Homebound Neighbors

Each week the IOCP Food Shelf serves 200+ households. Help make that possible for families who cannot shop in person. Volunteers pick up pre-packed grocery orders and delivery them directly to homes of community members. This is a great family friendly opportunity, drivers must be 18 but are welcome to volunteer with friends or family.
This job requires some heavy lifting. Groceries are stored in produce boxes that can weigh 30lbs. each.
Volunteers use their personal vehicle. Drivers must complete a Background and Driving Record Check prior to volunteering.
