The International Humanity Foundation (IHF) is a global non-profit organization dedicated to educating and empowering disadvantaged children and communities worldwide. With volunteers working across five continents, IHF promotes ethical leadership, cross-cultural collaboration, and sustainable development.
We are currently seeking highly organized, discrete, and strategic-minded volunteers to join our Executive Support Team.
đč Role Overview The Executive Support Team acts as the "Right Hand" to IHFâs senior leadership. Your mission is to streamline global operations, manage high-level communications, and ensure that the Board of Directors and Executive Team can focus on long-term strategy. You are the central hub through which the organizationâs most critical decisions flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Scheduling: Manage global calendars, coordinating meetings across multiple time zones (from Kenya to the US to Thailand).
- Meeting Governance: Attend high-level leadership meetings to record minutes, track action items, and follow up on executive decisions.
- Special Projects: Lead "Tiger Team" tasksâshort-term, high-impact projects that don't fall under a specific department (e.g., center expansions or emergency response).
- Internal Communication: Draft and proofread organizational-wide memos to ensure they reflect a "Culture of Leadership."
- Lead Responsibility â Training & Mentorship: Develop and lead training sessions for new members on "Executive Diplomacy," high-level time management, and professional reporting.

- Exceptional organizational skills and "Forward-Thinking" abilities.
- Professional discretion and experience handling sensitive, confidential information.
- Strong background in Business Administration, Management, or Executive Assisting.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Interested in Non-Profit Management, Executive Leadership, or Operations.
