Are you looking for a meaningful way to give back? Join our team of compassionate volunteers and bring comfort, companionship and dignity to those at the end of life's journey.

• Oasis is looking for dedicated volunteers to work directly with hospice patients-in their homes or in nursing homes. Whether it's sharing a story, holding a hand, listening, or simply being present, your time can make a world of difference.

As a hospice volunteer, you will:

• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Provide relief for caregivers.
• Read, listen to music, or just sit in quiet presence.
• Help bring peace and connection during life's most tender moments.

No medical experience is required--just a kind heart and the willingness to be there. Training and on-going support are provided.

Volunteer Requirements:

• 16+
• Reliable and compassionate
• Able to commit to a few hours per week or month.
• Willing to complete onboarding documentation, 3 hours of online training, two-step TB test and physical exam.
• Must pass background check and fingerprinting requirements.
• Willing to complete required patient charting following each encounter.
