We are seeking passionate and dedicated volunteers to help make our upcoming Prom Dress Giveaway on March 7, 2026 a success! This event will provide local students with the opportunity to find the perfect dress for prom at no cost. Volunteers play a crucial role in making sure everything runs smoothly and that every attendee has a positive and memorable experience.
Volunteer Positions Available:
Registration & Check-In Team
- Greet attendees and assist with event check-in.
- Verify guest lists and provide event information and instructions.
Personal Shoppers/Assistants
- Work with attendees to help them find the perfect dress, offering suggestions and ensuring they are comfortable throughout the process.
Dressing Room Attendants
- Assist attendees in the fitting rooms, ensuring privacy, offering fitting advice, and providing support as needed.
Event Setup & Decor Team
- Assist with setting up the venue, arranging tables and dresses, and ensuring the event space is welcoming and festive.
Marketing & Social Media Team
- Take photos and videos during the event, post updates on social media, and help promote the event before and after.
Customer Service/Information Desk Team
- Answer any questions attendees may have, provide guidance, and offer support to ensure a positive experience.
Bagging & Packaging Team
- Help package and bag dresses and accessories for attendees once they have made their selections.
Clean-Up Crew
- Assist in breaking down the event, taking down decorations, and ensuring the venue is left clean and organized.
