Hospice Administrative/Clerical Volunteer
Make a Difference Behind the Scenes
Hospice care is about providing comfort, dignity, and support to patients and their families—and our volunteers play an important part in making that possible. We are looking for a dependable and compassionate Administrative/Clerical Volunteer to support our hospice team with office and organizational tasks.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with general office and clerical tasks
- Organize, file, and prepare paperwork and materials
- Help with data entry, copying, scanning, and other administrative duties
- Assemble informational packets and volunteer materials
- Assist with mailings and special projects
- Help maintain an organized and welcoming office environment
- Provide additional administrative support to the hospice team as needed
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Friendly, professional, and willing to help
- Comfortable using basic computer programs
- Respectful of patient and family privacy and confidentiality
- Compassionate and supportive of the hospice mission
