Volunteer & Outreach Coordinator

Overview:

The Volunteer & Outreach Coordinator ensures programs are well-staffed and well-known. They connect people to opportunities and keep energy high.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and schedule volunteers.
• Build relationships with schools, churches, community groups, and local leaders.
• Promote volunteer opportunities and ensure volunteers feel valued.
• Partner with program coordinators, leads, and events team to ensure communication alignment for events and 1 time volunteer roles are filled.

Qualifications:

• Friendly, outgoing, and a strong communicator.
• Good at organization and follow-up.
• Comfortable with both in-person and digital outreach.

Commitment: 5 hrs/week.
