Hospice Volunteer Duncanville

Patient visits, life review, discuss hobbies & interests, current events, or read to patient, accompany patient outside if appropriate, companionship & socialization, monitor & report progress to hospice team. May sit with patient while caregiver runs errands, but no hands-on care. Dependability for patients and families. Compassionate, caring, good listening skills, able to sit quietly at times if needed. Interest in others & their life stories, own transportation, able to complete & send in documentation after each visit.

Background check, drug screen, orientation, we cover costs associated to onboarding.
