Trustees to create a Winners Group Initiative UK based charity/ Office

Role Description

Winners Group Initiative is looking for enthusiastic, committed Trustees, with a passion for supporting our C.B.O through a journey of shifting power to the community. We are particularly looking for individuals with experience in corporate networking, developing partnerships, HR or in technical vocational training and entrepreneurship/business skills training. Passion for our work is our number one recruitment factor so please do get in touch if you have other skills to offer.

Reporting to: Program Manager, Winners Group Initiative.

Purpose: The role of Trustees is help Winners Group Initiative establish a UK Winners Group Initiative office/ charity hence need to be based in UK, oversee the charity's operation and ensure it is meeting, and advancing, its charitable purpose and strategic aims.

Hours: Approximately 6 hours a month.

Salary: This is a voluntary role.

We currently have seven local board members and two full time staff. We have 4 in-person board meetings; the new trustees will be joining remotely
