Content and Marketing Intern
Detalhes
Descrição
To tailor the Content Creation Department for UX (User Experience) and I-O (Industrial-Organizational) research, we shift the focus from "making posts" to "analyzing digital behavior" and "optimizing organizational communication."
This approach attracts creators who are interested in the psychology of media and how content drives organizational growth.
Handshake: Digital Experience & Content Strategy Intern (UX/I-O Focus)
Organization: The Medica Zone
Role Title: Content Creation Intern: Digital Psychology & UX Strategy
Cohort Dates: June 5 – August 10, 2026 (Symposium: Aug 15–16)
Location: Remote / Hybrid
The Creative Research Mission
At The Medica Zone, we don’t just create content; we study how digital media influences human behavior and healthcare equity. We are seeking interns who want to bridge the gap between graphic design/videography and User Experience (UX) research. This role is perfect for students interested in Cognitive Psychology, HCI (Human-Computer Interaction), or Marketing Research.
Your UX & I-O Research Portfolio:
- Visual UX Research: You will design social media assets and videos, treating each platform (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) as a unique "user interface." You will research how visual hierarchy and "scroll-stopping" psychology impact donor and student engagement.
- Organizational Branding (I-O): You will apply I-O principles to ensure our external content reflects our internal mission of "Breaking Barriers." You’ll research how consistent organizational storytelling builds trust with corporate partners and improves internal member morale.
- Audience Segmentation & Persona Building: You will conduct "User Research" to define our target audiences (e.g., the "High School Aspirant" vs. the "Corporate Sponsor"). You will then tailor content strategies to meet the specific psychological needs of those personas.
- A/B Testing & Data Analysis: You will lead experiments on content performance. You won't just track "likes"; you will analyze conversion UX—measuring how effectively our content moves a user from a "viewer" to a "volunteer" or "donor."
