Relief Receptionist & Administrative Support Volunteer
We are seeking a volunteer for 5-10 hours per week, who will will answer telephones, respond to general email & in-person inquiries, greet visitors and direct to appropriate staff for assistance. Provides basic clerical support as necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Courteously greeting visitors and directing visitors appropriately
- Operating switchboard and efficiently processing incoming & outgoing calls
- Assists with administrative tasks such as distributing mail, answering emails, and sending faxes
Skills/Abilities:
- Exceptional demeanor and positive attitude
- Customer service and multi-tasking
- Administrative knowledge
- Some experience performing reception duties helpful but not required

St. Ambrose Housing Aid Center is located near the southeast corner of Charles Village. Our reception area is housed at 321 E. 25th Street between North Calvert Street and Greenmount Avenue. Parking is available on the street or in the small parking lot behind 317 and 319 E. 25th. St. Ambrose is accessible by the following bus routes: 3, 8, 11, 46, 48, 61 and the Charm City Circulator Purple Route.
