Community Baby Shower

Join Catholic Charities Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Program in helping to welcome and support local families at our annual Community Baby Shower. This event provides expecting parents and families with newborns with essential baby items, community resources, and encouragement. There are a number of roles volunteers can assist with:

Greeters: Welcome families and help direct attendees.

Registration: Assist with check-in and confirm participant information.

Interpreters/Translators: Help communicate with families who speak Spanish to help guide them through the event.

Package Assistance: Help find and distribute prepared packages to the families and assist with carrying items to their vehicles if needed.

Resource Table: Welcome visitors to the community resource area, answer general questions, and help connect families with participating organizations and available services.
