As the welcoming face of our agency, you’ll create a positive first impression for older adults and individuals with disabilities seeking support. Your presence ensures every visitor feels valued and connected from the moment they arrive.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet clients warmly and assist with entry
- Support programs with light administrative tasks
- Help assemble information packets that empower our community

What We’re Looking For:
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with basic office tasks; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is a plus
- Previous office experience preferred
- Willingness to complete a background check (paid by our agency)
- Commitment to attend training and orientation
