Descrição
We are Hope Health Care, providing superior hospice care in Dallas, Collin, Rockwall and Hunt counties. We are looking for a volunteer who can help out in our Garland office a few hours each week, during business hours (8:30am to 5pm).
In this volunteer role, you will utilize your talents to assist our office and leadership teams in a variety of ways including:
Creating and updating Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
Data entry
Filing
Copying and assembling Admission Packets and Patient Binders
Organizing and maintaining supply room
Mailing letters
Helping with special Marketing or employee engagement projects as needed.
Experience in Microsoft Office, MS Word and Excel would be highly preferred but not required.
