Women In Recovery Team for Recovery Your Way

Recovery Your Way, the extension of the Humanity Preservation is looking to expand its successful segment - Women In Recovery! This volunteer role is to host a meeting that is just for women that are in recovery from substances! Ran by women, attended by women, with the intention to discuss topics that are related to the challenges of being in and sticking with recovery.

Our efforts include prevention education through online, social media and in schools and universities. Additionally we act as an intermediary to services for those that have been victimized - directing them to resources based on their individual circumstances. Likewise, the launch of our in-house, online recovery platform "Recovery Your Way" has allowed us to expand our reach further with helping those facing addiction as a coping mechanism to trauma. The primary focus is to help anyone pick up the pieces of their life through job coaching, resume writing or life skills development.

We are looking for volunteers that would like to host addiction recovery meetings as part of our newly launched recovery platform. We provide the zoom link so there is no expense and each meeting is 60 minutes. If you have a background in addiction recovery and working with individuals and/or you have a following of people you would like to be part of this we would like to hear from you.

EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY FOR ANYONE CURRENTLY IN SCHOOL FOR THIS PROFESSION AS WELL AS ANYONE WITH AN EXISTING RECOVERY EFFORT BUT NO PLATFORM TO PURSUE IT!
