Lemon Tree Collective is a startup Austin nonprofit on a mission to solve the unemployment crisis for autistic adults by creating joyful, meaningful jobs. Through our Bright Products Employment Line — Bright Breads, Bright Vases, and Bright Flowers — we’re building micro-businesses where autistic adults can thrive, earn, and belong.

We’re seeking three new working board members to join us right now as we prepare for our biggest event yet — the Poranguí Benefit Concert • The 5th All Ability Inclusive Festival — for Autistic Adults Presented @ Haute Spot, Oct 22, 2025.

~ Dynamic Speaker / Community Connector – inspire audiences and represent Lemon Tree with passion at our festivals, benefit concerts & socials.

~ Social Media & Marketing Lead – amplify our mission and grow our reach across Austin and beyond on Instagram, Partiful, Facebook & Mailchimp.

~ Grant Fundraising Wiz – fuel our future by securing resources to expand our programs, networking & outreach to our growing distro list.
