Tricks N Treats Event

Dear Community Members,

The Fresno Discovery Center—a beloved nonprofit and children’s science museum in Fresno, CA—is excited to invite enthusiastic volunteers to support our annual Tricks N Treats event!

Event Date: Saturday, October 18th

Event Time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

We’re seeking volunteers to assist with a variety of fun and essential tasks, including:

• Vendor setup and parking coordination
• Trash collection and site maintenance
• Photobooth assistance
• Carnival game facilitation

To ensure a smooth and successful event, we kindly ask volunteers to commit to a minimum of 4.5 hours. You may select one of the following shifts:

• Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 11:30 AM
• Afternoon Shift: 11:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• Full Day: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM (includes a lunch break)

As a token of our appreciation, complimentary coffee and pastries will be available for all volunteers throughout the day!
