Role Summary:

We are looking for an organized and energetic In-Person Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of an engaging, well-run workshop. This role involves coordinating day-of logistics, managing on-site operations, and ensuring a positive experience for all attendees. The ideal candidate is proactive, personable, and thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate on-site setup and breakdown, including materials, signage, and technology
• Liaise with venue staff, vendors, and facilitators to ensure all logistical needs are met
• Manage registration and greet participants upon arrival
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the event to ensure minimal disruptions
• Support workshop facilitators with timekeeping, materials distribution, and room flow
• Ensure the space is welcoming, organized, and aligned with event goals
