Overview
The Fundraising Campaign Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the mission of the Kiona Foundation. This volunteer position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking work in pediatric cancer research, family support, and community engagement. Volunteers in this role will work closely with a passionate and committed team to advance the Foundation’s strategic priorities.
Time CommitmentExpected commitment is 7-10 hrs/week, with flexibility based on availability and project needs. This is a remote volunteer position unless otherwise specified.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute campaign timelines, budgets, and content strategies for annual giving events like Brain Cancer Awareness Month and Gold Ribbon Guild drives.
Manage logistics for both in-person and virtual fundraisers, including registration, platform setup (Givebutter, Eventbrite), and post-campaign follow-up.
Collaborate with marketing, graphic, and sponsorship teams to ensure brand consistency and strategic messaging.
Collect and organize stories of impact, testimonials, and photos to enhance donor engagement materials.
Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, mission-aligned, and capable of working independently in a collaborative, virtual environment.
