Legacy Hospice

We train you, find you the right assignment and stand behind you as you grow.

Legacy is seeking passionate, caring individuals to join our team as volunteers. Companion/Patient Care Volunteers are part of a patient’s care team. As a volunteer, you will make home or facility visits to offer companionship for patients or relief for caregivers. Patient care volunteer opportunities include reading to the patient, assisting with a hobby, or listening to life stories. When a patient is closer to death, it could be sitting quietly with a patient, so they are not alone.

Legacy Hospice provides care to all age groups during the final stages of life, including children, adults, and the elderly. Our patients will have an experienced team of physicians, registered nurses, certified nurse aides, medical social workers, counselors, and trained volunteers available to help patients and their family members.
