Client Relations Manager - Professional Volunteer

Job Overview:

The SpreadYourHeart Organization is seeking an Executive Client Relations Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our leadership team and our high-level strategic partners. This role is designed for a sophisticated communicator who understands that nonprofit success is built on the strength of mutual value and black belt professionalism. You will not be managing program participants; instead, you will be the point of contact for Corporate Partners, Philanthropic Donors, Church Leadership, and Government Affiliates. Your goal is to turn leads into lasting, collaborative legacies.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Partnership Stewardship: Manage the end-to-end relationship with executive clients, ensuring they are engaged, informed, and seeing the direct Social Return on Investment (SROI) of their support.
• MOU & Proposal Development: Assist the CEO in drafting and refining Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs)and partnership proposals.
• Collaborative Exchange Management: Identify opportunities for mutual wins—ensuring our partners receive the visibility and community impact they seek in exchange for their resources.
• Executive Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, scheduling dialogue sessions, and coordinating virtual/in-person site visits.
• Impact Reporting: Collaborate with the Finance Team to translate our Unified Ledger data into personalized impact reports for major stakeholders.
• Network Expansion: Research and vet potential executive partners to ensure their corporate values align with the SYH mission and ethics.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Nonprofit Management, or Pre-Law.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to navigate high-stakes conversations with confidence and poise.
• Ability to understand complex organizational structures and identify where SYH programs can provide value to a partner's ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) goals.
• Absolute integrity in handling confidential financial data and high-level donor information.
