E-Commerce & Print-on-Demand Store Volunteer (Shopify/Bonfire/Printful)

Celebrating One is a volunteer-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Central Ohio that believes every student deserves to experience the joy and dignity of graduation. Through our flagship No Grad Left Behind program and Cap the Gap Initiative, we help remove financial barriers so high school seniors from underserved households can celebrate one of life's most important milestones.

As we celebrate our 10th anniversary, we are launching our first mission-driven online merchandise store to create sustainable earned income while increasing awareness of our work. We are seeking an experienced volunteer to help us build and launch a print-on-demand online store that requires no inventory and supports our long-term fundraising strategy.

What You'll Do

• Build and organize our online merchandise storefront.
• Create product collections and categories that align with our mission.
• Upload products, descriptions, pricing, and images.
• Configure basic store settings, navigation, and branding.
• Integrate the store with our website if appropriate.
• Provide recommendations for future growth, seasonal campaigns, and best practices.
• Create simple documentation so our volunteer team can easily manage and update the store after launch.

Ideal Volunteer

We're looking for someone with experience in one or more of the following:

• Shopify
• Bonfire
• Printful or Printify
• Print-on-demand e-commerce
• Online fundraising stores
• Product merchandising
• User experience (UX)
• Branding and nonprofit marketing

Experience working with nonprofits is a plus but not required.
