About Us:
Dulce Vida Animal Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving California and Mexico. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome sick, abused, and abandoned dogs and cats. We also provide spay and neuter services through local clinic partnerships and promote responsible pet ownership within our communities.
Role Summary:
As our Sales & Product Volunteer, you will help us turn creativity into impact. You’ll support the development and sale of branded merchandise or unique fundraising products that reflect our mission and raise funds for animals in need. You will:
- Help design, source, or manage products that represent our brand
- Support online and in-person sales initiatives
- Brainstorm and execute creative fundraising ideas
- Collaborate with our team to promote products via web and social media
- Track product performance and suggest improvements
What We're Looking For:
- Interest or experience in product development, merchandising, or fundraising
- Creativity and a passion for social impact
- Understanding of e-commerce, Etsy, Shopify, or similar platforms is a plus
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
