A tuck-in call serves as an additional layer of service for our at-home patients, ensuring all needs are met before the upcoming weekend.
Each week, calls are made from within the office (Nora location) on either Wednesday or Thursday (your preference) to ensure patients have adequate medications and supplies.
A Tuck -In Call Form is completed for each call (1 touch effort) and must be submitted to the Volunteer Coordinator before 3pm on Thursday to allow sufficient time for ordering supplies.
Training is provided to help ensure a smooth beginning.
