About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated volunteer to craft a comprehensive recruitment plan that will help us attract mission-driven leaders to support our work. Your contributions will directly strengthen our ability to serve single fathers and build a resilient community.

Project Responsibilities:

• Meet with our leadership team to assess vacant roles and organizational needs
• Conduct interviews with board members and staff involved in recruitment to evaluate past tactics
• Develop an initial draft of an inclusive recruitment strategy that ensures candidates reflect the diversity of the single fathers we serve
• Incorporate feedback from relevant team members to finalize the recruitment plan
• Implementing recruitment plan to solicit potential board members and other volunteers to promote organizational growth
