About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented HR Administrative Assistant to support light HR operations and help maintain smooth, organized processes within our growing nonprofit. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, communicates clearly, and thrives in a supportive, mission‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with maintaining HR records, documents, and digital files
- Support onboarding tasks such as scheduling, sending forms, and tracking completion
- Help manage volunteer and leadership rosters
- Prepare simple reports, updates, or summaries as needed
- Respond to basic HR-related inquiries with professionalism and clarity
- Provide general administrative support to the HR and Executive Leadership teams
Qualifications
- Prior HR or administrative experience preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working with digital tools and cloud-based systems
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Self‑motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
