Our vision is to promote equitable, respectful, and high-quality maternal support to enhance the wellness of mothers.

We are dedicated to addressing disparities in maternal health by offering education, support groups, and advocating for community-based solutions and policy changes to promote maternal wellness.

Financial Contribution:

We ask all board members to donate yearly to the Organization.

Roles and Responsibilities

The Treasurer provides financial oversight for the organization and helps ensure funds are managed responsibly and transparently. Since the organization has a bookkeeper handling the day-to-day financial recordkeeping, the Treasurer’s role is primarily to review, monitor, and report on the organization’s financial status. Responsibilities include overseeing financial reports, reviewing budgets and expenditures, helping ensure appropriate financial controls are in place, and updating the board on the organization’s financial health. The Treasurer also works with the bookkeeper and leadership to support accountability and sound financial decision-making.
