About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Project Manager Lead to oversee project execution and guide our PM team. This role blends structured project governance with people leadership and is ideal for experienced PM professionals seeking to mentor and scale impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and oversight of projects.
• Mentor and guide Project Managers.
• Manage risks, resources, and budgets.
• Ensure high-quality reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Step into active PM role when necessary.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching ability.
• Proficiency in ClickUp, Asana, Slack, and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability in dynamic environments.
