🤖 Volunteer Opportunity: Robotics Engineering Mentor

Outcome School is seeking experienced robotics engineers and industry professionals to mentor students preparing for careers in robotics and emerging technologies.

As a volunteer mentor, you will:

• Be matched with Outcome School students as your mentees

• Meet with students virtually from anywhere

• Choose appointment times that work with your schedule

• Complete a minimum of four mentoring appointments each month

• Share practical industry knowledge, career advice, and professional guidance

• Review student projects, portfolios, and technical ideas

• Help students prepare for internships, employment, and future opportunities

Who We’re Looking For:

✅ More than five years of professional experience in robotics engineering or a related field

✅ Experience in robotics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, embedded systems, automation, programming, or mechatronics

✅ A passion for developing the next generation of engineers

✅ The ability to provide encouraging, practical, and constructive feedback

✅ A commitment to meeting consistently with assigned mentees
