Lenexa Camp SOARing for the Cup 2026

This year's SOAR Camp theme is SOARing for the Cup, a World Cup themed camp!

Camp at Westside Family Church (8500 Woodsonia Dr, Lenexa, KS 66227) is the week of July 20-24, 2026, from 8:30am-4:30pm Monday through Friday. Volunteers can serve anywhere from 1 half-day to 5 full days as buddies to individuals with special needs, medical team, craft assistants, sensory rotation, outdoor games, hospitality, and more. You can learn more by clicking: https://soarspecialneeds.org/soar-summer-day-camp/. Volunteers will receive free lunch every day, and those who serve at least 3 full days earn a camp t-shirt. Volunteers must be going into 6th grade and older to volunteer without a parent present.

If you are 18 or older (by camp), and have not completed a background check with us within the past 3 years, you must submit a background check at least 3 business days in advance of the event. A background check application from SOAR Special Needs will be sent to your email after you register.
