We support healthcare professionals and first responders across Georgia through crisis relief, education, and advocacy programs. As we continue to grow and scale our impact, we seek a dedicated Program Director to lead and oversee the implementation of our programs.

    Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Program Director to join us as a volunteer. This role involves leading the development, implementation, and evaluation of HHCP’s programs to ensure they align with our mission and strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:

    • Program Development and Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of HHCP’s programs, ensuring they are effective, impactful, and aligned with our mission.
    • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies for expanding program offerings, enhancing program quality, and increasing community impact.
    • Volunteer Coordination: Recruit, train, and manage program volunteers, providing them with the guidance and support needed to deliver high-quality services.
    • Partnership Building: Establish and maintain partnerships with healthcare organizations, community groups, and other stakeholders to support program goals and enhance service delivery.
    • Monitoring and Evaluation: Develop and implement tools and processes to monitor program progress, collect data, and evaluate outcomes, ensuring continuous improvement.
    • Budget Management: Assist in developing program budgets, ensuring effective allocation and utilization of resources.
    • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on program activities, achievements, challenges, and impact for the leadership team, board members, and funders.

    • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in volunteer coordination or staff supervision.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with partners, stakeholders, and community members.
    • Familiarity with program evaluation and data collection methods.
