Cade Foundation Gala Volunteer Opportunity

The Tinina Q. Cade Foundation is looking for 20-25 volunteers to assist with our upcoming Gala on November 21, 2026, from 3:00 PM–11:00 PM.

Volunteers will help support the event throughout the evening with tasks such as guest check-in, event setup and breakdown, and other general event assistance as needed. We are also looking for volunteers who have experience with photography or videography to help capture the event.

Volunteers should be high school age or older, with adults preferred. The required attire is black business attire. Comfortable shoes are highly recommended since volunteers may be standing, walking, and assisting with setup and breakdown for extended periods of time.

Please note that some volunteer responsibilities may involve extended standing, walking, or moving event materials. If you have any mobility limitations, please let us know in advance so we can determine whether an appropriate volunteer role is available.

We are looking for dependable and friendly volunteers who are available for the full 3:00 PM–11:00 PM timeframe and are excited to help make the Cade Foundation Gala a successful event.
