Volunteer for the Curtis Theatre's 2026/2027 season!

Brea's Curtis Theatre is looking for enthusiastic and friendly volunteers to serve as Ushers for our 2026/2027 season!

This is a wonderful opportunity to be a part of the live entertainment community in Orange County and make a lasting impact on the experience of theatregoers. Our season includes musicals, plays, orchestra concerts, and more! There's something for everyone and volunteering grants you a free seat!

Responsibilities may include:

• Setting up the front of house
• Scanning tickets
• Handing out programs
• Helping patrons find their seats
• Assisting the House Manager at concessions before the show and at intermission
• Directing patrons to the restrooms
• Providing general assistance to the House Manager

If you are looking to volunteer in a fun and welcoming environment where you can meet fellow theatre and music lovers, this is the position for you!

To show our appreciation to volunteers, we offer a free snack and non-alcoholic beverage from concessions as well as the ability to see the show for free! Whether you are a long-time theatre fan or new to the community, we would love to have you on our team.

We encourage everyone 13 and older to apply, regardless of experience. Interested individuals should be comfortable speaking and understanding English to best serve our patrons.
