Colleges & Universities Outreach Intern
Position Summary
Supports the Colleges & Universities Outreach Team by assisting with outreach initiatives targeting community organizations, colleges, universities, and student groups. Helps promote the organization’s mission through relationship-building, engagement activities, and outreach coordination. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals interested in community engagement, campus outreach, or nonprofit advocacy. No prior experience is required. Training and guidance are provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with outreach to community organizations, colleges, universities, and student groups
- Support coordination of outreach activities, meetings, and engagement events
- Help organize outreach records, contact lists, and documentation
- Assist with distributing outreach materials and information
- Support collaboration with communications, events, and partnerships teams
- Help track outreach activities and participation
- Assist with research on outreach opportunities and target groups
- Provide general administrative support to the Colleges & Universities Outreach Team
