Restaurant Outreach

Help us build an amazing lineup of restaurants and food & beverage participants.

You’ll help:

● Identify and contact potential restaurant participants

● Send outreach and follow up with businesses

● Track interested and confirmed participants

● Collect restaurant logos, descriptions, and other promotional information

● Communicate important deadlines and event details

● Coordinate communication between restaurant participants and the restaurant coordinator.

Best for someone who: Enjoys talking to people, networking, and building community relationships.

Time commitment: Primarily September 2026–January 2027; this is the upfront work needed to make the event a success! Our goal is to register 15 restaurants by January 2027.
