Descrição
The Community Action Team works with the Coastlove volunteer staff to coordinate and implement our community action events. Our events include education/outreach, coastal cleanup, and restoration projects. Coastlove hosts large monthly and smaller events bi-monthly throughout the Florida Keys and South Florida.
Responsibility includes:
- Assist in recruiting volunteers
- Assist in community outreach projects
- Must attend community action events
- Set up and break down events including tents, tables, supplies, education materials
- Educate and provide event participants with information and guidance depending on the focus of the event
- Treat everyone with kindness and respect
- Assist Founder and team in all aspects of community action events as needed
