Inspire Hope. Empower Communities. Change Lives.
Are you looking for a meaningful volunteer experience that creates a real and lasting impact? Save the Marginalized (STM) invites passionate and committed volunteers from around the world to join our Summer Community & Child Support Program in Uganda.
Our volunteers work alongside local communities to improve the lives of vulnerable children, women, youth, older persons, and persons with disabilities. You will participate in child mentorship, education support, community health and hygiene promotion, livelihood and women's empowerment initiatives, environmental conservation, disability inclusion, sports and recreational activities, and community outreach programs.
This is more than volunteering; it's an opportunity to experience Uganda's rich culture, develop practical skills, build lifelong friendships, and contribute to sustainable community development. Whether you are a university student, gap-year traveler, professional, or retiree, your time, skills, and compassion can help create brighter futures.
At STM, you will become part of a supportive and welcoming team dedicated to dignity, inclusion, and community empowerment. Every smile you inspire, every child you mentor, and every family you support leaves a lasting impact.
Your journey to making a difference starts here. Join Save the Marginalized this summer and help build stronger, healthier, and more resilient communities one life at a time.
Apply today and become the change our communities are waiting for!
