Volunteer Opportunity: Giving Tuesday “Ripple Makers” for WhizAngel

About WhizAngel

WhizAngel empowers youth entrepreneurs, especially those from challenging environments, underserved communities, or those creating ideas that help others.

We provide mentorship, materials, and real-world launch support to help young creators bring their ideas to life.

This Giving Tuesday (December 2, 2025), our goal is to raise $100,000 to build and support 100 youth-led businesses, sparking a ripple effect of opportunity, confidence, and community uplift across Arizona.

Volunteer Role: Giving Tuesday Ripple Maker

We’re looking for 15 passionate volunteers to join our “Ripple Maker Team”, community ambassadors who help spread love, awareness, and generosity for WhizAngel leading up to Giving Tuesday.

How You Can Help (Examples & Ideas)

Choose one or more that fit your lifestyle; every action counts!

1. Spread the Word on Instagram or TikTok
   • Share WhizAngel’s Giving Tuesday posts and tag @whizangel.
   • Add “I’m supporting #WhizAngel for #GivingTuesday to empower Arizona youth!” in your caption or bio.
   • Post a short video sharing why you care about supporting young entrepreneurs.
2. Engage Your Local Community
   • Ask your favorite café, salon, or store to display our Giving Tuesday flyer or share our QR code.
   • Talk to teachers, small-business owners, or churches about our mission and encourage them to give or spread the word.
3. Host a Mini Ripple Moment
   • Gather a few friends or coworkers for coffee and tell them about WhizAngel’s goal to launch 100 youth businesses.
   • Collect small donations ($5–$20, using the WhizAngel donation QR code).
4. Join Our Social Media Squad
   • Comment, like, and share WhizAngel’s posts throughout the week of November 24–December 2 to help us reach new audiences.
5. Be a Kindness Amplifier
   • Share one act of generosity you’ve seen or done and tag us, show your followers that small actions make big ripples!

Timeline

• Training & toolkit: within 3 days after you officially become our ambassador.
• Active week: anytime from now – December 2 (Giving Tuesday)
• Time commitment: flexible and fun!

• Recognition on our website and social channels.
• The joy of seeing your effort help a young entrepreneur take their first step!
