REMOTE opportunity to check on Hospice patients via phone!

If you like to talk, become a remote volunteer making phone calls to hospice patients. Phone calls are made on a weekly basis to check in on our patients. You will communicate with the patient, family or caregiver to ensure the patient has what they need over a weekend and/or holiday. This helps the hospice staff plan and prepare for support and deliveries of needed items when the office is closed as well as monitoring the comfort and care of the patient.
