Events Manager

Our National Conversation (ONC) is a non-partisan media nonprofit comprised of student interns and volunteers. Our goal is Less Hate, More Debate. We aim to spread this message and get today's culture away from negativity, finger-pointing, rage-baiting, etc.

We currently host virtual podcasts via zoom with interesting debate topics. Our nonprofit wants to take EventBrite or other similar platforms for events with online visitors. Some will be free but we'd like to charge for some as we attempt to move to a new business model.

Depending on the success of online events, there's the potential to move to in-person events in/around the Los Angeles, CA area.

Preferred candidates have experience with logistics surrounding online event platforms, customer engagement/analytics, and the execution of marketing ideas to an online audience.

This is a volunteer position.
