About the Centercratic Party

The Centercratic Party is a newly launched political movement focused on pragmatic, evidence-based governance and long-term solutions to America’s most pressing challenges. At a time when nearly 2 to 1 Americans say the two major political parties are out of touch, we are building something new: grounded in balance, process, and results over ideology.

As we move from launch into national growth mode (alongside ongoing outreach across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Reddit), we’re expanding our volunteer team to help scale our digital presence and connect with voters looking for a different path forward.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on opportunity for students and early-career professionals to gain real-world experience in:

• Political communications
• Digital marketing strategy
• Social media management
• AI-assisted content creation
• Brand development during a live party formation

You’ll work directly with our communications and outreach team to create and publish content across major platforms including:

• TikTok
• Instagram
• Facebook
• X (Twitter)
• YouTube
• Reddit
• Substack
• And emerging platforms as we grow

Key Responsibilities

• Draft social media posts across platforms
• Assist with short-form video captions and long-form written content
• Use AI tools (e.g., Canva, ChatGPT, Descript, Runway, etc.) to:
  • Generate post copy
  • Create graphics and visual assets
  • Edit video and audio clips
• Support campaign-style digital outreach initiatives
• Monitor engagement metrics and help optimize content performance
• Collaborate with the communications team on messaging and branding
• Participate in brainstorming sessions around growth strategy

• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote team
• Passionate about building something new in American politics
