About the Event

Steps Against Melanoma is a community-driven event that raises critical funds for melanoma research. The event brings together survivors, families, caregivers, and supporters for a meaningful and inspiring morning of hope, remembrance, and action.

Volunteer Role: Event Photographer

Time Commitment: 7:45 AM – 11:00 AM

We're looking for a volunteer to help capture the energy, emotion, and community spirit of the event. You do not need to be a professional photographer—if you have a good eye for photos and a smartphone with a quality camera, we'd love your help.

A shot list will be provided so you'll know exactly what moments to capture throughout the morning.

Responsibilities

• Take photos throughout the event
• Capture a mix of posed and candid photos
• Help document the event experience so photos can be shared with participants and supporters afterward

Qualifications

• Friendly and reliable
• Comfortable walking around the event and engaging with participants
• Able to take clear, well-composed photos
• Smartphone camera or personal camera
