Non-Profit Personnel Network (NPPN)

The Non-Profit Personnel Network was founded in 1994 by Gary Dembs as a retained executive search firm, exclusively serving the national nonprofit sector. Gary has been serving the sector as a consultant since 1987.

Recognized as a leader in the industry, NPPN is the only firm of its kind in Michigan and one of few nationally. We are a proud member of the Network of Nonprofit Search Consultants (NNSC.org). Our work is guided by our mission and core values of honesty, integrity and reliability.
