Since then, OWG has served high-impact organizations such as the KIPP Foundation, Teach For America, UP Education Network, the Delaware Department of Education, and Breakthrough Charter Schools. We work to carefully select the right partners with mindsets that align with our belief for how to make matches with great people. We’re at an important time in our organization’s trajectory and we’re looking to bring on a founding member.
