OWG is a talent matchmaking firm started in 2011 by former teacher and attorney, Ify Offor Walker. Since then, OWG has served high-impact organizations such as the KIPP Foundation, Teach For America, UP Education Network, the Delaware Department of Education, and Breakthrough Charter Schools.
