Respond ReNUH works to empower vulnerable people in the post-conflict zone of northern Uganda by increasing accessibility to healthcare, education, and livelihood resources.
Our current projects include: - Working with formerly abducted women and 'child mothers' and their children; - Setting up micro-financing projects in IDP camps; - Providing basic literacy education in IDP camps; - Setting up rural satellite health clinics in remote communities; - Restoring the surgical ward of a local hospital.
New projects are constantly being identified and developed.
