CONNECTICUT FREE SHAKESPEARE

Founded in 2000 by Dandelion Productions, CONNECTICUT FREE SHAKESPEARE (CFS) is a professional, non-profit theater company, working with actors courtesy of Actors' Equity Association, the Union of Professional Actors and Stage Managers in the United States.

CFS is dedicated to its mission to produce outside, under the stars, FREE-TO-THE-PUBLIC, professional works of classical theater with 21st century accessibility.

Its productions are presented in various venues across Connecticut and its educational programs provide high-quality, intensive artistic experiences to students who might otherwise lack this opportunity.
