Our client is looking for a Raiser’s Edge Database Specialist and Office Manager to assist their small office.
All candidates must have Raiser’s Edge experience from working in a fundraising/development office at a non-profit organization. We are not able to consider candidates without Raiser’s Edge at this time.
This role is a FULL TIME position sourced through TSS. You would be employed and paid by the client company but we would represent you up until the offer stage.
Our client is a small office that does fundraising for a medical hospital. We are assisting them in searching for and screening possible candidates for this role. If selected, you would be a direct hire employee of our client. We have worked with this organization for many years and they are a small, non-corporate office.
Job Description: We are seeking a Raiser’s Edge Specialist for database management to help with all aspects of fundraising and development work. This role also helps with general office management/administrative duties. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of previous experience. This can be a full time or part time, fully in-person position.
Need high level proficiency with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge (both the database back end & NXT views). Looking for someone tech savvy, with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Adobe Acrobat and Zoom.
Candidate should be a detail-oriented self-starter with good interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, writing and communication skills, and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. Looking for someone data-driven, who can take ownership of queries, imports, email blasts, etc.
Development Duties:
-Raiser’s Edge database management – enter information, clean-up data – database backend and NXT views
-Processing gifts, doing batch entry, and coding
-Importing gifts from third-party donation processing
-Maintain and improve the overall integrity of the database – update records, merge duplicates, enter new information provided by donors, prospects, or staff
Office Management Duties:
-Managing office calendar in Outlook / sending invites for meetings and calls both via Zoom and in person
-Paper filing for event archive binders, donor records, vendor folders
-Order and maintain office supplies
-Digitizing paper records as needed
-Act a point person with Executive Director between office and IT team
-In-office mailings (candidate should be able to perform mail merges for letters and labels)
Qualifications
-1-3 years of Raiser’s Edge database experience – cannot train
-Proficiency in MS Office. Must be able to run a mail merge for acknowledgement letters
-Ability to work fully in-person in Soho office
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary: $55,000-$65,000+, commensurate with experience. They offer great benefits.
