My work is fueled by a deep appreciation for the indomitable nature of the human spirit and the need for human kind to bring a higher level of consciousness to our personal and professional endeavors. My mission is to provide individuals and organizations with the information, tools, and resources they need to achieve their highest potential and impact in the communities where they work and serve. 

Prior to launching my company I served as the first associate director of Citizens for Safety; associate director for the Southern Center for Human Rights; and director of finance and administration for the Africa Fund. I was also an Adjunct Professor at New York University's Center for Philanthropy and Fundraising where I was ranked as one of the top instructors in the department. In 2001, I began working as a consultant to provide technical assistance and direct services to nonprofit organizations:
