Executive Director - Orlando Ballet

Orlando Ballet seeks a collaborative, strategic, positive, respectful and operationally effective leader to build upon and accelerate the organization’s current trajectory of strong growth. Working in close partnership with the Artistic Director and the Board of Directors, the next Executive Director will help to develop and deliver the future vision for Orlando Ballet.  They will be responsible for leading strategy, finance, development/donor relations, communications and marketing, and the overall implementation effort to execute this vision, in close collaboration with Jorden Morris. Orlando Ballet seeks to compensate its creative and commercial teams at a level competitive with other ballet companies of comparable size and stature. Dance USA data implies a salary range of $225K+ for this position for qualified candidates, depending on experience.
