Panacea

Panacea’s mission is to generate funds from cannabis sales to support projects, organizations or businesses that build affordable housing and promote social justice. We want to address problems that threaten people and society, not to maximize profits for a small group of individual investors.

To achieve this, we established the following:

Principles of Social Business

·         Panacea is a non-dividend company. Our Founding Investors receive only their investment plus a reasonable rate of interest in return. No annual dividend is given beyond that amount.

·         Panacea is a triple-bottom line company; we value People, the Planet and Profits in our daily business operations.

·         As we work toward attaining financial sustainability and generating profits, we commit to donating 1% of annual pre-tax sales to social justice organizations.  

·         We do it with joy!!!
